How should I go about doing this

I've been wanting to make a dnd character based of of frank horrigan from the og fallout but I'm not sure how to make his armour in dnd have the same resistance and such if you are a fallout fan but don't know who I'm talking about look him up but a quick summary prewar secret service, is 12 feet tall (thats one foot taller than the shortest super mutant behemoth ever recorded), two tones in weight (with armour),intelligent super mutant with a 10 in all special stats, had his own suit of X01 power armour built around him with a miniature nuclear reactor needed to power it, a leading member of the enclave, and kinda not needed but the devs for the first fallout game (the one he was in) said literally the only reason you can kill him in game is because "you need to beat it somehow" and one final note is that during his boss fight in game he gets cut in two but he puts the nuclear reactor in his suit of power armour into a meltdown state to destroy him and you and I think he chases you I can't remember really I played it when I was like 7 on my dad's old laptop
