Can someone help me to look for this manga? I can't seem to recall the title:

It's a 90s - early 20s JP BL manga where the characters meet in high school and start a romantic relationship that continues into college/adulthood. The manga has at least 50 chapters. Reaching to the end of the of the series, the ML was jealoused of MC's relationship with his colleague in which he had told him numerous times before. The MC thought the jealousy was ridiculous to which the ML decides to r worded MC out of jealousy. The morning after the event, the MC was supposed to give a speech for an event. Most of the attendees could see that the MC was haggard from sth in which the ML finally realises that what he had did the night before, was wrong.
