Unable to cash out

I have cashed out multiple times on this game, but about 2 weeks ago, I got an error message saying my withdrawal was cancelled due to “missing information.” None of my information had changed. I contacted support multiple times and they are no help. Did they just decide I won too much and are refusing to let me cash out my winnings. (It’s not bonus cash I’m trying to cash out either.)
