I’m new here

So I just recently started watching Baron. Love his style. I like when he makes me laugh. Couple questions though, maybe some of you could educate me. I love when he says “Welcome in, welcome in… welcome in!” Always that way. Always has to be 3x lol. Anybody know where he got that from? How he came up with that greeting & what environment is he trying to convey? Which then goes along with my next question- in regards to Candace Owens, he refers to as the principal. Who started that? Have they ever done any on air collabs? Is his welcoming us in, is that to the classroom? Or his home or…? And Daisy is his wife? Has he had a hearing problem for some time? Was it due to any kind of illness? Just wanna get to know him more, I really do appreciate his shows. His voice is very soothing. He’s very down to earth. I appreciate his knowledge & intelligence.
