Thoughts on Wired?

For reference. I adore basement and adore CMIK and Promise Everything. When WIRED came out I tried to give it a listen but couldn’t really get into it. I enjoyed a couple songs but overall it felt pretty lackluster. I gave it some time and revisited it, hoping to enjoy it more on a second listen (like I did with Halcyon Blues by Citizen) but I still just can’t really get into it. What does everyone else think of WIRED. Are there any of you who absolutely adore it, and if so, why? I feel like I’m missing something.
