I cleaned bath mats in the washer and drier

Due to irrational OCD reasons, I used to be compulsively avoidant of laundering bath mats in the washer and drier. My OCD said, "Only clothes go in the washer and drier".

I went a long time not owning bath mats because I thought they were pretty gross, but I was given some and have been using them.

I wanted to clean the mats today (they legit needed to be cleaned) and I was like, "Should I wash these outside with soap and water and then hang them to dry?" But instead, I threw those suckers in the washing machine and then drier. DONE.
