Bitmoji Male Makeup

For some reason, I do not have the option to put makeup on my bitmoji avatar. I'm using an android phone. I have seen IOS users capable of customizing their male avatars with makeup. I have tried to make a new bitmoji on someone else's android, and I have tried making one on someone's iPhone, but I still cannot access the makeup for my mini me. I just want my little person to be as ambiguous and gender fluid as I am.

Wtf is going on here? Why is this happening? Haaaaaaalp
