Does anyone else smell rubber fumes from Michelin from there home?

Not far from my house and many other peoples dwellings there is a Michelin tire plant. Multiple time a weem I can smell a strong rubber toxic smell. And they are expanding.. I think it would be a good story having our air quality tested, I believe the town does not test our air quality.  I am worried about my children's health and everyone else's.

Who else can smell strong rubber fumes? I'm smelling them right this second writing this....
