Rentova

Hi everyone,

I thought I'd share a platform that we've been building called Rentova, created specifically for landlords and property owners in Bulgaria.

The aim is to simplify the financial side of rental property management by keeping everything in one place. Instead of using multiple spreadsheets, folders, and calendars, landlords can organise their portfolio through a single platform.

Current features include:

• Property portfolio management
• Rental income and expense tracking
• Financial reports and profitability insights
• Secure document storage
• Bulgarian tax reminders and an end-of-year tax calculator
• Property performance analytics

We're also developing functionality for estate agencies and property management companies to help manage multiple client portfolios and streamline administrative tasks.

I thought it might be useful for anyone here who owns rental property in Bulgaria or works in the real estate sector.
