We're BullsRank (bullsrank.com). We verify iGaming operators against primary sources — licence registers, official terms, on-chain records — and publish every fact with the document it came from and the date we read it. Today that's 47 crypto casinos, 690 sourced facts and 254 evidence records, checked around the clock.

**Who runs this sub, up front**

BullsRank is a Bulls Group company. Bulls Group also owns Bulls Agency, which sells marketing and reputation services to operators. Rule 2 here says industry people must disclose their affiliation, so here's ours: we are an industry company. The firewall is that agency work never touches a rating, and the whole arrangement is written out at bullsrank.com/transparency rather than buried.

If your reaction is "so you're marking your own homework" — that's a fair question and we'd rather answer it in the comments than have it whispered.

**What this sub is for**

Two things, and they feed each other.

*Data we collect.* Licence registers read by hand, terms changed quietly overnight, third-party ratings that disappear, withdrawal times measured on-chain once our measurement cycle starts. When we find something worth knowing, it gets posted here with the source and the date, and you're free to check it yourself.

*What actually happened to you.* Withheld withdrawals, closed accounts, KYC loops, confiscated balances, terms applied after the fact. Rule 4 asks for dates, amounts, the exact clause and the support replies — not to make it harder, but because a complaint with those details is something anyone can verify, and a complaint without them is something nobody can. The second kind gets buried by operators. The first kind doesn't.

**What we don't do**

- We don't sell rankings or scores. Not at any price, not to anyone.

- If we get a fact wrong, the correction is free and public, for any company, forever — including companies that have never paid us a cent and never will.

- We don't collect data from this subreddit. Our reputation index reads public discussion across Reddit and elsewhere, and this sub is permanently excluded from it, because we moderate here and measuring a venue you control isn't measurement.

**Where we're early, and we'd rather say it**

There is no BullsRank Score yet — every operator profile shows NR. We're not publishing a rating until our own payout tests have run and we can show transaction hashes, because a score assembled from other people's marketing is the exact thing we said we wouldn't build. One guide is published. The first research report is in verification, not scheduled.

**If you work for an operator**

Rule 8 says you're welcome. Disclose who you are, answer the complaint, don't ask anyone for documents in public, and don't lean on people to delete criticism. If something on your BullsRank profile is factually wrong, it gets fixed free — corrections@bullsrank.com, or just say it in a comment here.
