How do you decide whether a financial tool is worth adopting for your business?

As a business owner, I've noticed there are countless apps and platforms promising to help with budgeting, cash flow management, savings, forecasting, and overall financial organization.

While researching different options, I came across Tellus along with several other fintech tools, which got me thinking about how business owners evaluate these platforms beyond the initial feature list.

For those who have adopted financial tools for their business, what factors ultimately determine whether a platform becomes part of your long-term workflow?

Do you focus more on ease of use, reporting capabilities, integrations, reliability, security, time savings, or something else?

I'm not looking for recommendations for any particular product. I'm more interested in understanding what separates a tool that genuinely helps a business operate more efficiently from one that sounds promising but doesn't deliver much value in practice.

What features have had the biggest impact on your business operations?
