Just want to insert probe, set a temp and go! Most direct way? (Smart Thermometer)

I feel like I've done this before, but now all I get is tons of recipes to sift through, none of which are for an air fryer.

I just want to say "chicken thighs, temp 185" and go. Please tell me how to do this.
