• 26.7% say it's hard to share MCP setup with the rest of the team, and another 26.7% struggle to find MCP servers for the tools they need, since some don't exist yet.
• 23.3% have security concerns about giving Claude access to client data.
• 16.7% say setup is too technical or hard to configure.
• 13.3% say the MCP servers that do exist are unreliable or break often.

The takeaway: two thirds of agencies are already touching MCP in some form, but almost every complaint on this list is a maturity problem, not a rejection of the concept itself.
