Greystone neighborhood

Considering a new build in Greystone. Do you have insights on the neighborhood? It looks like a good area with an upcoming grocery store and near the SLS (not a fan of the hotel tho). I was worried about the saw mill as well but I don't hear anything and only smell fresh cut timbre.
