Why clients can upload to CollectCue without creating an account

Clients already have enough places to sign in.

With CollectCue, a client opens a request-specific link, sees the documents the team is asking for, and uploads them without creating a CollectCue account.

I kept that part of the product narrow. The firm’s accounting or practice-management system stays in place. CollectCue handles the document-request workflow around missing items, uploads, staff review, and reuploads.

If the firm needs one bank statement or one payroll report, account setup shouldn’t be the first task for the client. After the upload, the bookkeeping team still decides whether the file is ready or needs to be sent again.
