Will fafsa refund the money that is paid toward class after it goes through.

If someone hadn't applied for a FAFSA, and they planned to apply this week. But they have a class registered, and they have to pay the same day. If they paid for the class and later in the week, the FAFSA went through. Will the money be refunded?
