What We’re Looking For:

• Ambitious, coachable, and goal-driven individuals.
• Solid communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel locally for appointments.
• Ability to start work within one week (Wednesday or Sunday start dates).
• Preferred: Experience in 100% commission sales or business-to-business sales, but not required—training provided.

Responsibilities

• Attend and present an average of 2–3 pre-qualified sales appointments per day—all appointments provided and credit already pre-approved, no cold calling required.
• Deliver dynamic, 90-minute product demonstrations in customers’ homes—no need to bring your own materials, we provide everything you need for a successful presentation.
• Meet or exceed company closing averages (40–50%), achieving 12–14 appointments per week and aiming for closing 5–6 one-stop sales weekly.
• Complete all necessary sales paperwork using your smartphone—apps and website access will be provided to you upon selection.
• Participate in and successfully complete a 2.5-day training class prior to starting, ensuring you’re well-prepared and confident.
• Maintain a professional, positive attitude and represent the company with integrity at every appointment.

Pay & Perks:

• 1099 independent contractor role (commission only – no salary)
• Average reps earn $2,500–3,500+/week (*based on current actuals)
