Poem. Daydreaming.

As I sit beneath this tree

Daydreaming I am

Writing the words that arrive

In my open mind

When as a child I was told

Stop daydreaming

Now I'm old enough

To do as I wish

Consciousness mind

You are open for me to share

I adore the open me

The old me is gone

This person is aware

Nothing needs to be perfect

For I am as good as I can be

I am worthy of all great things in this world

Some of these I already have

My eyes where closed to see

Now my mind is as open as my eyes.
