Social Media AI Agents: my take on the best...

Over the last few years, I've been using a wide variety of social media AI agents and have found that many of them are good, but many are pretty bad. The best ones manage the full suite: creating content, managing workflows, and repurposing content. I think the ones that can do all three are the best to use. Some tools on the market will say they can do all of the above, but they really don't. It's important that you do your own research to figure it out. There are a few that I think are actually really valuable and helpful:

  • Lately.ai: a pretty good tool
  • Post Everywhere
  • HubSpot social media agent: really good
  • Buffer and Hootsuite: I'm a big fan
  • Distribution.ai
  • Riverside: great for podcasting

All of these tools, when you incorporate the fact that they can be leveraged with LLMs, become very powerful. To me, one of the next-level opportunities is when you start to use tools like Manus, ChatGPT, n8n, Claude, Perplexity, etc., to inject the functionalities of some of these platforms just a little bit more. When you do that, it's lights out in terms of value. That's my suggestion: use these various tools. If anybody else has any suggestions, I'd love to hear from you.
