Selling in the Seattle Area (Magnolia)

My baby is 5 months old and we have shifted him to co-sleeping.

We bought Cradlewise in Oct'24 for $1800(including Tax) and intend to sell it for $1300(all-inclusive) as we have limited space in Nursery.
