Crunch Fitness - Very Poor Customer Service

Not sure about the service itself as I have not used it but the customer service - specifically to cancelling membership is a joke and a money grabber. My son called in more than 30 days prior to his renewal date and no one answered multiple times. Now he is in the military and asked me to help. I spoke with a very poor "customer service" representative with a significant attitude and chip on his shoulder. It was dripping with "I don't give a rat's care!". He said come into our corporate office (in Florida) or send a certified mail to our office. Excuse me? What a loser and loser company. Just do some customer service and cancel the dang membership. I wouldn't recommend them to an enemy unless you want to have some fun trying to get someone to care. Good luck.
