Why is crypto crashing again right now?

Been checking the market the last few days and everything’s dropping pretty hard again. Feels like every time things start to recover, something else pushes it back down.

Is this just normal volatility or is there something bigger going on behind the scenes? I’ve seen people mention interest rates, regulations, even big holders selling off, but hard to tell what actually matters.
