Final Cut Advice Please
This is a long post, I apologise in advance…
Over the past several months I’ve completely changed my lifestyle. I started at around 100 kg with close to 30% body fat and have worked my way down to roughly 87–89 kg and around 15-18% body fat.
My goal now is to get below 10%.
I’ve been extremely disciplined with my nutrition. I’ve been eating around 1,650–1,700 calories per day while keeping protein very high at approximately 220 g daily to preserve muscle during the cut. Every meal has been planned and tracked, with very few cheat meals or alcohol.
My training has been consistent almost every day. I lift weights most days, average around 10,000 steps per day, do regular cardio including HIIT sessions and Zone 2 work, and use the sauna regularly. The focus has been on maintaining muscle while steadily reducing body fat.
To support the process, I’m using:
Testosterone Enanthate: 250 mg per week (split into daily injections)
HGH: 4 IU every evening
Anavar: 40 mg every morning
Retatrutide: 4 mg per week to help control appetite and improve adherence
GHK-Cu: 4 mg daily
BPC-157 for recovery
MOTS-c: approximately 12 mg per week
Throughout the journey I’ve closely monitored my blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, waist measurements, body weight, body fat percentage and progress photos to make sure everything is moving in the right direction.
It hasn’t all been easy. I’ve dealt with low energy from being in a prolonged calorie deficit, disrupted sleep, some night sweats when I introduced HGH, Anavar, HIIT and sauna work, and the mental challenge that comes with getting leaner than I’ve ever been. Despite that, I’ve stayed consistent because the results have made it worthwhile. For the first time in my life I can actually start to see my abs and vascularity, which has been a huge milestone.
I’m now at the point where I’m really starting to feel the cumulative effects of such a long dieting phase. My energy is noticeably lower, my sleep has gone completely up shit creek, and I’m feeling pretty run down despite sticking to the plan. I’m trying to work out the smartest way to get across the finish line without undoing all the work.
I’m also starting to question whether I’m simply doing too much. Between the aggressive calorie deficit, the training volume, and the number of compounds and peptides I’m using, I’m wondering if I’ve reached the point where more isn’t necessarily better.
I’d really value an objective opinion on whether I should start increasing my calorie intake, reduce or simplify what I’m taking, adjust my training, or make any other changes that will help me get to sub-10% body fat in a healthier, more sustainable way while preserving the muscle I’ve worked so hard to build.
