Some days PCOS feels heavier than anyone around me understands.
I don't know if anyone else feels like this, but some days PCOS is more exhausting mentally than physically.
People usually only talk about the weight gain, acne or irregular periods. But for me, it's the constant overthinking. Wondering if I'm doing enough. Feeling guilty when I miss a workout. Getting frustrated when I try so hard and still don't see changes.
Sometimes I don't even want advice. I just want someone to say I get it.
That's honestly one of the reasons I wanted to build this community. A place where we can be honest without feeling judged.
So I wanted to ask everyone here...
What's been the hardest part of living with PCOS for you lately?
It can be anything mental health, hormones, family pressure, fertility, food cravings, or just feeling tired all the time.
Maybe sharing our experiences can help someone else feel a little less alone. 💜
