DualSense Edge (back paddles) glitching out on me
About 3 weeks ago I began using the DualSense Edge on PC with the program DSX to emulate the controller and assign functions to the back paddles. A few days ago I began to have an issue where the controller would periodically freeze input for between 1 to 10 seconds on bluetooth, so I did several things including reinstalling DSX, updating the controller firmware, ensure bluetooth drivers were up to date, etc.
After doing these things, the back paddles began to behave erratically. No matter what I assign the back paddles to in DSX, the left one will activate square and the right one will activate X. Half the time when pressing each button it will activate the correct input, the other half it will activate the unintended input. It seems random which input it chooses but it's incredibly frustrating and makes it impossible to use them.
If anyone has any ideas why the back buttons are behaving in such a manner, I would greatly appreciate it! As an aside, if there are any additional ideas as to fix the connectivity issue I'd been having, that too would help me tremendously. The motherboard is new and high end, has built-in bluetooth with a wifi/BT receiver on top of it with a strong signal. I had absolutely no issues one time for 3 weeks until all of the sudden it was. Thank you for your time!
