[Mod Recruitment] Looking for Female Moderators to Join the Team! đź‘‘

NSFW

Hey amazing community ❤️

As our subreddit grows, we want to make sure it stays the safe, respectful, and supportive space we all love – especially for the brave women who participate in our weekly dares and events.

We’re looking to add 1–3 female moderators to the team!

Why female mods?
Participation here is women-only, and having moderators who share that perspective helps us better understand concerns, spot issues quickly, enforce rules fairly, and keep the vibe empowering and protected. Your lived experience matters here.

What we’re looking for:

  • Active, reliable women (18+) who love the concept of the sub
  • Familiar with Reddit moderation (or eager to learn – we’ll teach you!)
  • Level-headed, fair, and drama-free
  • Committed to safety, consent, and kindness above all
  • Available to check the sub/mod queue a few times a week
  • Bonus: Experience with similar communities or CSS/AutoMod is great, but not required

What mods do here:

  • Review posts and proof for rule compliance
  • Remove creepy comments/DMs reports
  • Help run weekly dares and special events (like Dress-Up Darling)
  • Enforce the positive, supportive atmosphere
  • Light AutoMod setup and flair assignments

How to apply:
Send us a modmail (or comment below + modmail) with:

  1. A little about yourself (age range is fine, no personal details needed)
  2. Why you want to mod this community
  3. How often you’re on Reddit
  4. Any past mod experience (not required)
  5. One idea for keeping the sub safe and fun

We’ll chat privately with promising applicants and go from there. All applications are confidential.

This is a volunteer role (like all Reddit mods), but you’ll be helping build something special and protecting the women who make it thrive.

Thank you to everyone who already helps by reporting issues and being kind – you’re the heart of this place!

Let’s keep growing safely together 💪✨

— Current Mod Team

This post is professional, transparent, and reassuring. It emphasizes safety and respect (exactly what potential mods and members want to hear), while making the application process easy and private.

Feel free to adjust the number of mods you want or add specific requirements. Good luck finding great team members!
