Have we dipped below 200??

In DRH books he mentions that humanity passed over the 200 threshold in the 80’s for the first time. Maybe it’s just the constant onslaught of negative information made accessible by technology but has humanity slipped back below 200? I get the sense that technological influence has begun to drag us back into a polarized Stone Age. Or are there more individuals quietly climbing the Consciousness scale that off set the below 200 segments of humanity that are more front and center?

Just meant to be a discussion point and not a “holier than thou” position against anyone.
