👋 Welcome to r/DeclareFreedom - Introduce Yourself and Read First!

Here is the rewritten welcome post for r/DeclareFreedom:

Hey everyone! I'm u/DeclareFreedom, founding moderator of r/DeclareFreedom.

This is our new home for the Declaration of the Second American Revolution — a citizen-written document modeled on the 1776 Declaration of Independence, updated for every system that has captured this nation, and written for every American regardless of race, party, faith, or income.

We built this subreddit because a declaration without a community is just a document. A declaration with an organized, motivated, growing community of citizens behind it is something else entirely.

What This Subreddit Is About

This is the organizing hub for the Declaration of the Second American Revolution. Read the full document at runwaylive.com.

We are here to:

• Discuss the 21 grievances, 21 declarations, and 20 Path Forward actions in the document

• Organize outreach to independent media — Redacted, MeidasTouch, The Intercept, Glenn Greenwald, Democracy Now, Cornel West, and more

• Recruit developers, sysadmins, and privacy advocates to build the censorship-resistant distribution network

• Share news, developments, and actions related to every issue the Declaration names — term limits, wealth inequality, prison reform, pharmaceutical corruption, surveillance, electoral finance, environmental rights, worker ownership, and more

• Connect citizens who are ready to move from awareness to organized action

What to Post

• Your reaction to the Declaration — what resonated, what you would add, what you think we got wrong

• News stories that illustrate the grievances named in the document

• Actions you have taken — emails sent, outlets contacted, people reached

• Questions about the technical blueprint, the outreach campaign, or the constitutional mechanisms like Article V

• Resources, research, and tools that serve the mission

• Introductions — who you are, where you are, what you bring

Community Vibe

This community is not left. It is not right. It is not a party and it is not a personality cult. It is a document and the people who believe it says something true and necessary.

We are friendly, serious, inclusive, and focused. Every race, every faith, every gender, every background is not only welcome here — this document was written for all of you. The only thing that does not belong here is the cynicism that says nothing can change. We have heard enough of that. We are done with it.

How to Get Started

1. Read the Declaration at runwaylive.com — even just the Preamble. Then come back and tell us what you think.

2. Introduce yourself in the comments below. Tell us where you are from and what brought you here.

3. Post something today. A question, a reaction, a news story, a skill you are offering. Even a single comment plants a seed.

4. If you know someone who has stopped believing anything can change — invite them. This community exists to prove them wrong.

5. Want to help moderate or organize? Reach out. We are building something real here and we need people who want to be part of building it.

The founders of 1776 pledged their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor.

We are asking for your voice, your skills, and your willingness to show up.

Welcome to r/DeclareFreedom. Let's make it mean something.
