I'm looking for mailgun alternative that handles dedicated IPs without enterprise pricing tiers
I've picked up a session replay tool for our iOS app last year and spent three weeks debugging why the data looked wrong before figuring out real issue, SDK was capturing SwiftUI composables. Tool's docs said SwiftUI supported. What they meant was UIKit supported and SwiftUI mostly works.
something no one tells you upfront is that mobile support on most of these tools means something different for every vendor. For some it's a webview wrapper, for others it's a native SDK but only for UIKit. SwiftUI gap is most common trap right now because so many teams are in middle of migration.
Three things i would take a look at, First does it capture your screens correctly including any custom SwiftUI views you've built. Second does it mask sensitive fields without requiring manual annotation on every component. Third run it on an older device under a throttled connection and check it it affects frame rate. A surprising number of tools run on main thread and you only find out when a user on a 3 year old iPhone starts seeing jank.
Tools with proper native iOS support worth testing are uxcam, longrocket, fullstory and glassbox on enterprise end. Clarity does not have meaningful native iOS support. Differentiators arent marketing claims, they're how they behave on your code on your devices. Not sure, if I am missing any other tools.
