Hi, I’m David — a gamer from Germany and a concerned EU citizen.

Like many of you, I’ve spent real money on in-game content: skins, passes, cosmetics, DLCs. But over time I realized something disturbing — we pay for digital items, yet we don’t truly own them.

Whether it’s a permanent account ban, a game shutdown, or even just quitting a service, we’re left with nothing. No refund, no ownership, no rights.

That’s why I’m launching a campaign for fair digital ownership in the EU. I want to push for:

Refund rights when services end

Ownership guarantees for purchased content

Transparent ban policies that don’t void your entire library

Clear consumer protections for all digital game purchases
