HELP

I can’t use my 5G data, it only uses the 4G data. Once ubos na ang 4G ayaw na gamitin ang 5G and costumer servise in not helpful and responsive at all. I still have 100GB and unli 5G. Nagagamit ko nung una ang unli but since nagkukulang nag load ako additional 100GB na 5G with free 40GB na 4G but since then hindi ko na magamit ang 5G ko. help please!
