Which 7oh gets you closest to opiate high?

I have taken a couple different 7oh’s usually once a month and I have found some brands get me that nose itch and opiate high. I was just curious for next month. Any recommendations you have for which brand might be the strongest to try next. So far the best one I’ve tried is seven stacks.
