Soaps losing their smell?

Hey yall, I have been using this stuff for a long while now, but recently I have noticed that the Bourbon Bar has lost its smell after the first wash or so. I have a partial bar of the leather and leaf that is still holding strong after like 3 months of being in the closet, so I am just wondering if anyone else has had this issue.
