Ecfmg pathway

Hello, I am Canadian and I graduated >5 yrs ago. Unfortunately, I failed step 2 CS due to medical issues on exam day. I have been able to pass my Canadian NAC OSCE in 2020, which is also an ECFMG exam What pathway applies to me? Would my NAC-OSCE results along with STEP 1, 2 pass and OET suffice to be ECFMG certified? When I emailed ecfmg they said I have to do the pathway application. Which is not available for 2025 yet
