Anyone here been hired through Rivermate as an EOR?

I’m interviewing with a US company that wants to employ me through Rivermate for payroll and compliance. From what I understand, I’d technically be on Rivermate’s books but working day to day for the actual company.

If you’ve gone through this setup, how smooth was the onboarding and ongoing payroll stuff? Anything I should expect or watch out for?
