[HELP Wednesday] EV / EZ / EC questions this week

A few common things:
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| Where is dual binding? | It is under Key Mapping → DKS in the configurator, not a separate menu. |
| Is SOCD enabled by default? | No. Enable it manually per game profile if you want to use it. |
| Settings disappeared after firmware update? | This is expected. Re-apply your settings and save the profile again. |
