XM1 Freezing issue

What's up guys?

Just having an issue with my XM1 atm, not sure if its a universal thing or if other people are having this issue also, but every 2-3 hours or so my mouse tracking starts freezing for a second or two until I re-update my drivers through my firmware update tool.

I've been having this issue for a while but was hoping it would sort itself out but it has got to the point where I am loosing crucial rounds, and have lost multiple br games due to this happening.

Any help is appreciated!

Currently running firmware version 2.29 and have not seen an update in a while.
