How screwed am I?

Title says it all. Type 07 FFL. Been doing it a few years now, only to realize mistakes I've been making along the way. I decided to get FastBound in order to help with compliance issues and mess ups that have happened in the past on the 4473, only to realize today that all firearm transfers need to be logged in to my A&D book. I previously, for some reason, I swear the ATF agent told me this, but now I'm wondering if I dreamt it, that the firearm did not have to be entered in the A&D book if I received and transferred it the same day. Now I'm reading that is inaccurate. From a legal standpoint how fucked am I if/when I get audited? What are my options? Should I just immediately talk to a lawyer?
