Fake spam Facebook reviews - help!

My small business has been running ads which has caused us to be exposed to spammers who have left fake reviews. I had 5 star rating that I shed blood sweat and tears to get and the most recent scammer knocked me down with a doesn’t recommend”. They’re clearly fake. Facebook knows they’re fake but said they can’t do anything about it because it’s an automated system.. They say to report them but that doesn’t do anything. Has anyone successfully reported a fake Facebook account and gotten them removed?

If anyone would be so helpful and report this loser…. He has ruined my 5 star rating. I’m a small business owner and depend on ratings. He created his page January 9 and has 0 friends and is ruining other small business reputations.

Facebook said to get as many people as I know to report his profile. You can select “Fake Account” when reporting. Just click the 3 little buttons on the top right.
