Landlord/ Tenant rights/laws FL

Hello. I dont even know if this is the right place to be or even where to go but this is what is going on. My biggest concern is, what are my my rights under chapter 83 of the Florida Statutes? Otherwise known as landlord tenant laws.  I feel as if I am facing a hard case of discrimination, retaliation and negligence from a Florida apartment rental property. This property is failing to act lawfully and failing to protect my rights as a tenant. I have been living at this property with my fiancé since January of 2022. I initially called in November of 2022 to make a noise complaint. Upon receiving my phone call the property informed me that I am not on the lease then invited me to apply as anyone over the age of 18 needed their name on the lease. I had told them previous to applying and put in writing at the time of applying that I had been living there with my fiancé paying rent since January of 2022-it was never an issue. It was now early November of 2022 when applying. After I paid $100 to apply I waited 2 months for the new lease agreement as our lease is ending in February of 2023. In our contract tenants must be given 60 days notice to break a lease and vice versa. After applying the property continues to take $5400 in rent in the following months, fully aware I was living at the property. I received a call from the manager telling me I was no longer allowed to stay living at this property for being an unauthorized tenant and there was nothing I could do to change the situation. On January 24th 2023 I was delivered a letter at my door informing me that I was no longer allowed to live at this property and have 7 days to leave. This letter was dated the 23rd. Giving us only 6 days.  I immediately pulled all nighters and drove around desperately finding a safe community to move myself and family into. I found an apartment and had to pay $300 in applications for my fiancé and I. Upon getting approved by the new property- the current property, was requested to send a rental verification. Friday January 27th 4 days into the 7 days notice I received a call from current management, the same ones that served the unauthorized guest, stating that “they are fighting for us”. The property manager then refused to send rental verification to new property leaving us 1 business day left to establish a new residence but could also not provide any answers. Leaving us potentially homeless. Will this complex violate their own document after the “7”th day notice? The 7th days ends today 1/30/23 and has not given us updates and we cannot move without rental verification. This property knew I lived here, continued to take my rent money and invited me to apply – to then 2 months later send signed documents giving me 7 days for violating the lease as an unauthorized tenant. These properties go through the same leasing company called “leasing desk”. If It was not due to being denied from the 3rd party, and could not have legally been from violating the contact due to them inviting me to apply and taking my money to do so. I feel like I am being discriminated against, toyed, and treated unlawfully. To have me apply, serve paperwork to have me removed for the same reason I was told to apply, to then take everything back and refusing to send rental verification to avoid homelessness in this horrendous situation. Are they in violation of their own contract? What are my rights? Management failed to cooperate with their duty by sending required documents necessary to move into any new community as renters. If I was unauthorized, I would not have been given the invitation to apply and then denied 2 months later-giving no proper notice. Aren’t I considered a tenant after a certain amount of time living and making on time payments every month?  They  were aware that I had been living here for over a year- taking $25,000 in rent. Continuing to take rent money after knowing I have lived here and had asked me to apply knowing how long I had been living here with my fiancé paying rent on time every month. Do I have any legal right in this as this property continued to take my money for rent for months fully aware? I have gone through chaos not knowing where I am going to live this is my last day to find a place to live per the notice and this property is neglecting to give necessary documents to new community and suddenly had a change of heart and are “fighting for me”? I need help. After today the notice is over and I have no idea what is going on. I work from home, this is my entire livelihood. I could end up homeless and jobless due to the negligence of this property and I have no idea who to ask for help.
