Fanatics Sent the Wrong Items

A month ago I placed a few preorders for the Bowmans Basketball Mega Boxes on Fanatics and recently received my orders, but they shipped me NFL Chrome Mega Boxes instead. Fanatics is telling me to return the items and that they cannot send me the Bowmans Basketball Megas as they are sold out.
Is there anything I can do? I find it ridiculous I am going to need to spend an extra hour of my day returning these items to make up for Fanatics mistake and won't get the items I ordered.
