Batch convert TrueHD and DTS-HD only

I'm trying to figure this out. I've tried a few times in the past. I think it would be HUGE because appleTV doesn't work with these and it's a top used client out there.

1. Scan entire library

2. Determine which files have TrueHD or DTS-HD

3. Converty TrueHD/DTS-HD files to Opus audio codec at 5.1 (348kbps) or 7.1 (448kbps)

I feel like this shouldn't be hard to setup but as fileflows grows it's becoming a bit more complex and I'm falling behind. Anyone that knows the software have a setup?
