Call Canter—What A F***ing JOKE!!

I don't know who FKH subs out their call center to, but it is frustratingly laughable. The woman I spoke with this morning could barely speak English! I could not understand a word she was saying, but I heard the word "charge" and panicked.

I had a water leak that flooded my garage about a week ago and they put two big holes in the sheetrock that they said to call back and maintenance would come back out and fix it. The maintenance tech assigned to me is one I have dealt with before, who, in the two times he's been to the house—has done nothing. He comes, looks, leaves and closes the ticket, so I was trying to cancel the appointment. I immediately backtracked when I heard her say "charge."

I swear, if they try to charge me $150 for coming out here I will lose my mind.
