I'm new to the modding community and have a few questions...

Hello! I'm Rosie (oh wow there's a flair for that lol) and I'm new to fnf modding. I would love to make a mod for myself, and I know a lot of the programs and stuff cost money, so I was wondering what programs I could use for free? Like stuff for making music, art, etc... and if there's anything I should know about modding, please let me know! :D
