College survey, I need fma fans' help!

Hi everyone, I posted this in the main fullmetal alchemist subreddit, but wanted to add it here in case any of you hadn't seen and were interested. I have a college project where I have chosen to discuss and research what happens when a production studio changes/adapts/alters a series compared to the creators vision and original source material. As an anime fan I saw the opportunity to use my all time favourite fma as an example.

Below I will list a survey that asks some simple questions and opinions about the shows, how they compare, why it changed, how did that impact the series and its plot and characters. It's best if you've seen both version but I encourage you to answer anyway even if you've only seen 2003.
