Never had gcash before downloaded the app can't login asking for mpin without asking me to make one.

Gcash app asked for my number then put me to login but it is showing a mpin? I didn't even created an mpin yet? Or even ask to create one. What stupidity is this? I tap forgot mpin sends otp keeps failing to reset system failed something BS. Already tried it 8 times of reset and receiving otps but keeps failing. Trash app

Do anyone know how to fix this?
