What charging speed are you getting with tab s9 ultra

I read the tab s9 ultra chargers at 45w but when I connect it to my Google pixel 45w PD charger according to accubattery it's only charging at 18w when the battery is low (I checked between 15 and 30% battery)

I'm not sure how accurate accubattery is but when I check on my pixel 9pro XL, which is supposed to charge at 36w, it says 28w charging speed. While this result is lower than the claim, it's not as low as the tab s9 ultra. I assume it's maybe a little lower because I have the phone on to see the accubattery app but would have expected more than 18% charging speed from my Tab S9 Ultra.

Has anyone checked their charging speed? I'm loathe to get the Samsung 45w charger as it gets terrible reviews.
