23.31 Stability

How is everyone finding 23.31? I'm still on 21.15 as it's super stable for me with no issues (auto update turned off) but since last sundays run, my battery widget/glance no longer shows when an activity has taken place. Battery drains as it should, but no coloured bars or further detail to dive into. Restarted, rebooted, hard rebooted, removed and added widget and no change. I've debated seeing if updating to 23.31 fixes it...but as it's so stable now I'm uncertain as I've heard a lot of bugs! But new features out soon too!!
