Mounjaro, wegovy and indian generics.

So I have high cholesterol and triglycerides. Weight 90+. Consulted on tata mg the doctor suggested me yurpeak/mounjaro 2.5 but changed it to noveltreat 0.25 when asked for cheaper option.
Went to an offline endocrinologist and he also suggested mounjaro but since it’s costly , asked to take wegovy.
I was thinking between indian generics vs mounjaro. Dont want to spend that much wegovy , and if i spend that much i would rather take mounjaro.
So people who have moved to generics or started with it or compared both can you tell me how efficient they are? And suggest me what should i do? Thanks in advance.
