Syncing Samsung Galaxy Watch with Google Health.

I have been trying to sync my step count from my Galaxy watch with Google Health without success.

I have tried changing the settings through Health Connect so that GH is only receiving SH data, i.e from the watch. GH isn't connected to Health Connect to avoid double counting.

I am now finding that the step count displayed in GH is consistently below SH. Today I've been working at home, so quite lazy, so my watch (SH) says I've done 2.4k steps, whereas the phone (GH) is only showing 1.5k steps.

Has anyone else had these issues and knows of a fix?
